As the weather gradually changes, colds often arrive unexpectedly, bringing a pile of pills and powders. Some need to be taken three times a day, others twice, and on top of that, there are medications for chronic conditions. Suddenly, with the busy work schedule, I find myself not wanting to deal with these little details.
So, I decided to try using my phone to remind me to take my medication. As my workload increased, forgetting things became more common, especially after class in the afternoon, when I often couldn't remember whether I had taken my medication at lunch. This is where an app like Pill Time really proves useful.
Pill Time is very easy to use. After opening the app, simply tap the plus sign to start adding medications. You can customize the medication's name, dosage frequency, and even the color of the medication. The color can be customized according to personal needs—it helps differentiate between types of medications or link them to different conditions, making it more intuitive.
After taking each dose, just tap the plus sign on the corresponding medication entry to quickly record it, or go to the details page for more detailed tracking. In the details page, you can record the dosage and specific time, making it easier to review later. After each entry, the app automatically displays the next scheduled dose based on the intervals you've set, and it will send a reminder notification to ensure you take your medication on time. As your records accumulate, the details page will show your medication history, helping you avoid forgetting whether you’ve taken your medicine.
