As darkness engulfs the land, players take on the role of the messenger Rima, joining forces with Huva to follow the goddess's guidance and step into this world shrouded in darkness, bringing light and hope. The story of *Rima* follows the classic "save the world" theme, with players facing numerous challenges in their adventure and collecting the four elements: water, fire, air, and earth.
*Rima* features a striking art style, with vivid colors and glowing effects that add a sense of mystery to the game's atmosphere. Traps in the game will only light up in red as you approach them, so you must be especially cautious of the dangers underfoot in dimly lit areas.
Unlike traditional platformer games, *Rima* doesn't follow a linear adventure path. You'll need to move back and forth through different scenes, using abilities gained later in the game to access previously unreachable areas. So, if you get stuck at some point, don't hesitate to move forward—there might be new opportunities to break through.
Rima cannot attack on her own, so when facing enemies like spiders and dinosaurs, you'll rely on Huva's power. While Huva's light projectiles will automatically track enemies, players must manually fire them. This means that, in addition to controlling Rima's movement, you'll need to click the shoot button to attack enemies.
*Rima* offers flexible difficulty settings, allowing you to adjust the challenge according to your preferences. Even when choosing a higher difficulty, you can still enjoy the story without compromising the overall experience.
